Keep in place a documented and updated Environmental Management System (EMS) according to the international standard ISO 14001:2004. |
Identify and assess DEIMOS's environmental impact, both positive and adverse, resulting from DEIMOS facilities, activities, products or the services delivered to customers in order to reduce and prevent as much as possible every negative impact. |
Ensure compliance with the applicable environmental legislation and regulations and with other environmental requirements that DEIMOS may adopt, provided that the latter entail an associated environmental benefit for the organisation or the society at large. |
Define and implement environmental management programmes to be periodically reviewed and ensure continuous improvement by regularly updating the EMS. These programmes shall present the objectives and targets set by DEIMOS and the method for their review, monitoring and update. |
Promote awareness of protection of our surrounding environment among DEIMOS employees and communicate the environmental aspects arising from DEIMOS activities, products and services to DEIMOS stakeholders, e.g. shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, partners and the society at large. |
Provide relevant information to all individuals and legal entities that may enquire after DEIMOS environmental policy via reports reflecting the environmental activities carried out at DEIMOS. |
